Pretty obscure item. I’d say it’s somewherearound 1/12 to 1/10 scale, possibly a Muppet accessory?

You are correct. It is a Muppet item.

FlaBat from the actionfigureblues.com forum and Gonzo The Great and Zodac101 from the CreatusMaximus.com forum all identified the item correctly as a mop bucket that came with Beauregard from the Palisades Muppets line.
