I've been collecting action figures since the original Kenner Star Wars days. Nowadays, I still collect pretty much anything that catches my eye.
Kylo Ren (Value Series)
One interesting piece of merchandise I stumbled upon while looking for Episode VII action figures was this 5.5-inch version of Kylo Ren.
Jetpack Fighter (Call of Duty)
The Jetpack Fighter set (#DLB97) is one of the smaller sets released by Mega Bloks in their Call of Duty 2016 line. This 42-piece set is essentially a small piece of terrain, which acts as a display base for the minifigure included.
Kylo Ren
One of the more intriguing bits of information released prior to the premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens was the image of the movie’s villain, Kylo Ren.
Sandman (Marvel Infinite Series)
In a rather unusual fashion, Sandman was released with two different paint variants and apparently, in the same quantities so neither one was significantly more difficult to obtain.
Guavian Enforcer
Since I was keeping myself spoiler-free in the weeks prior to the Episode VII premiere, one of the more mysterious figures I spotted at retail during that period was this Guavian Enforcer.
Black Panther
With the third installment of the Captain America movies looming in the horizon, Hasbro has been rather sneaky and instead of revealing early too much about the movie designs, they opted to go for a more comic-inspired look for this Black Panther action figure.
Batman (Arkham Origins)
Adding to my Batman action figure collection, today I’ll be talking about the version released in the DC Comics Multiverse line by Mattel, for the game Batman: Arkham Origins.
Joker (Arkham Origins)
The other day, while I was taking some photographs of my recent Batman action figures, it came to me that I don’t had much in terms of enemies for my caped crusaders.
Snake Eyes (Dollar General)
For those who keep track, this figure was released in 2012 as part of the assortment developed by Hasbro for discount stores in the USA, marking the 59th version of the Snake Eyes character.
Batman (Arkham Knight)
The action figure I’m reviewing today was released under the DC Comics Multiverse line, which is aimed to adult collectors, if the spiel in the packaging is to be believed.
PZ-4CO
PZ-4CO is a communications droid that was seen briefly at the Resistance base scenes in the episode VII movie.
Vulture Attack (Call of Duty)
The Vulture Attack set (#06872) was released by Mega Bloks for the Call of Duty line late in 2014, with just 59 pieces, among them the first K-9 minifigure ever.
Batman w/Underwater Gear (Imaginext)
If there is one thing the Imaginext line has no shortage of, it has to be Batman figures. Seriously, you can go shopping all-year round and you will always find at least two versions of the Caped Crusader on the store shelves.
Catwoman w/Catcycle (Imaginext)
Given how scarce female characters tend to be in most pre-school lines, I brought this Catwoman w/Bike set home with me and now I’ll review her.
Desert Outpost (Call of Duty)
Keeping with the desert theme, today’s review is about set # 06846, Desert Outpost, released by Mega Bloks for their Call of Duty line in 2014.
Motorbike Breakout (Call of Duty)
Today I’ll be reviewing another of the small sets released by Mega Bloks for their Call of Duty line. This time around is the turn of the 82 piece set #06866 Motorbike Breakout.
UNSC Wombat Recon Drone
Today I’ll be reviewing yet another of the smaller sets released by Mega Bloks in their Halo line, set# 97451, the UNSC Wombat Recon Drone.
Ghillie Suit Sniper (Call of Duty)
Another of the smaller, individual figure sets released by Mega Bloks in their 2014 Call of Duty assortment is this Ghillie Suit Sniper (set #06852)
SAM Turret (Call of Duty)
This SAM Turret set (#06867) was released by Mega Bloks back in 2014 in their Call of Duty line; it comes with 91 pieces which are used to build a small Surface-to-Air-Missile site.
Wasp (Marvel Universe Infinite Series)
I am not exactly sure how much is coincidence and how much is actual planning when I see Hasbro producing figures for second-tier characters way in advance of they becoming relevant due to a mention or an appearance in any of the Marvel movies.
