Qui-Gon Jinn & Obi-Wan Kenobi (Jedi Force)
It has been rather quiet on the Star Wars collectible front lately, so I picked up this Playskool set featuring the heroes from Star Wars Episode I, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Iron Man & War Machine (Playskool Heroes)
And for something slightly different, today I’ll be reviewing a couple of Playskool action figures: The Iron Man & War Machine set that was released early in 2014
Hydra Soldier (Marvel Legends Infinite Series)
Although Hydra, the criminal organization, is featured prominently in the second Captain America movie, truth is we don’t get to see them attired in an identifiably Hydra uniform.
Han Solo (Black Series)
This version of Han Solo was released early in the 6-inch Star Wars Black Series line and is a depiction of the character as seen in the first Star Wars movie.
Black Cat
Black Cat comes with the Urban Sirens moniker printed on her package, since she has a swap-out Spider-Girl variant and both characters ship in identical boxes.
Carnage
Carnage has had rather few incarnations in plastic, but Hasbro deemed worthy to include him in the Marvel Legends Infinite Series line under the “Spawns of Symbiotes” moniker, along with fellow swap-out variant Toxin.
The Amazing Spider-Man
This action figure was released as part of the first wave from Hasbro’s Marvel Legends Infinite Series line dedicated to the second Amazing Spider-Man movie.

News Covered in this Episode
Superior Spider-Man
The figure I am reviewing today comes from the Marvel Legends Infinite Series assortment dedicated to promote the second Amazing Spider-Man movie, although this particular version of the wall-climber has nothing to do with the movie itself.
Marvel Now! Captain America
The figure is a completely new sculpture, and even though this uniform does not appear in the actual movie, the sculptor at Hasbro still wanted to go for a more plausible look by incorporating a lot of details and textures into the mix.
Luke Skywalker in Bespin Fatigues (Black Series)
Hasbro released this version of Luke Skywalker as part of the third wave of figures from the Star Wars Black Series 6-inch collection early in 2014.
Electro
This version of Electro is wildly different from his comic-book roots, as he was given a spiffy-looking black bodysuit with a lot of extra details sculpted on, although I would be hard pressed to tell if these sculpted bits are actually screen accurate or not.
Boomerang
Boomerang was released as part of the Marvel Legends assortment scheduled to promote the second Amazing Spider-Man movie released in 2014.
Phoenix Bow Hawkeye (Avengers Assemble)
Well, I found a few of the Avengers Assemble figures at the gift shop area of a local restaurant last week, and while I was waiting to be seated I decided to buy the SHIIELD Gear version of Marvel’s resident archer, Hawkeye.
Aerial Assault Drone
The Hammer Industries’ Aerial Assault Drone was released in action figure form in Hasbro’s Iron Man 2 line, a few years ago. It was one of the hardest figures to obtain due to several factors that plagued the line from the start, like irregular distribution and dubious case assortments.
Hawkeye (Movie Series)
Today I’ll be taking a look to the Hawkeye action figure released by Hasbro as part of the Avengers Movie Series exclusive to WalMart in both the USA and México.
Iron Man Mk.VI (Movie Series)
One thing you can’t help but notice is that a couple of the 6-inch scale figures in The Avengers Movie Series by Hasbro are actually molds that had been used for a previous movie line.
Captain America (Movie Series)
One character I remember rather fondly from my Mego days is Captain America. When the Captain America: The First Avenger movie came out, I was rather excited for the opportunity to get an updated version of his costume, but for whatever reason I was unable to really sink my teeth into that line.
Loki (Movie Series)
I don’t have a complicated algorithm to select a second figure after I getting the one I want most, other than simply pick whatever character seems to be the less abundant on the pegs on a second visit, and that one was today’s review subject, none other than Loki.
