Kylo Ren (Jedi Force)
The Playskool aesthetics applied on this particular version of Kylo reminds me a lot of the cartoons drawn by Brian Kessinger, where we get to see different characters from Star Wars existing in the Calvin & Hobbes universe.
First Order Flametrooper (Jedi Force)
I really like the stylized format Hasbro uses for their Playskool action figures. In the case of the Jedi Force segment, they recently started offering single characters with action features built in them, like this First Order Flametrooper.
Qui-Gon Jinn & Obi-Wan Kenobi (Jedi Force)
It has been rather quiet on the Star Wars collectible front lately, so I picked up this Playskool set featuring the heroes from Star Wars Episode I, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Mace Windu & Jango Fett (Jedi Force)
One aspect I really enjoy about collecting these type of figures, is how stress-free it has been. Hasbro releases about half a dozen sets a year, which is considerably less than the number of figures released on the other 3.75-inch. lines. And unlike those other lines, the Jedi Force sets are pretty much available all year round.
Darth Maul with Sith Speeder (Jedi Force)
I am quite enthralled by the rebooted Jedi Force line by Hasbro. I find that in general, the figures are very well made and offer a pretty good value, especially the figure 2-packs. One of the new 2013 releases in this line is none other than Darth Maul and his Sith Speeder, which I’ll be reviewing today.
Darth Vader and Stromtrooper (Jedi Force)
I was somewhat puzzled when Hasbro announced that they were going to stop making the Galactic Heroes line in favor of the new Jedi Force figures. I was never a big Galactic Heroes collector, but since I ended getting quite a few of them over the years (mostly when there was nothing else Star Wars related to buy at local stores), I kind of expected the line to go on for quite a long time still.
