Mmmm. Well, it's a G.i Joe accessory. The molds are that of the weapons from the Flash figure, but the tan backpack and gray rifle indicate that those accessories are actually from a G.I.Joe Battle Gear Accessory Pack, and not the original accessories that came with the figure.ENDErrex has correctly guessed this one, but I’m going to hold a day or two to let more people ponder.
