After getting all four of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I found myself craving some more of those toys. After a quick inspection to the stock available at my local stores, I decided to go for the one that seemed to be the less abundant in the first series of figures by Playmates.
Raphael
Today I’m reviewing the last of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from Playmates Toys line inspired by the Nickelodeon cartoon series, the brooding Raphael.
Michelangelo
It may be hard to believe but only recently I have been acquainted with the early TMNT comics by Eastman & Laird. Those comics are much grittier and darker in tone than the version of the Turtles we got to experience in the 90’s, although even back then, Michelangelo already was the light-hearted one.
Leonardo
After reviewing Donatello, it really didn’t take too much for me to go back and grab another Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle from the shelf. This time I decided to pickup the elder brother, Leonardo.

I do remember the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles craze from the late 80’s and early 90’s. In fact, even though I was certainly not in the target age bracket for the toys, I still ended up buying some action figures of them.
Blue Spirit
The Blue Spirit is another character from the Last Airbender movie, and probably one of the most versatile in the line, even though he is pretty much a monochrome character.

Aang in Avatar State
An action figure made by a small company as a tie-in for a movie project inspired by a Nickelodeon cartoon; and the movie was directed, written and produced by someone with a very questionable track record at the box office. Pretty much the definition of long odds, in my book, but How does this toy Aang fare?
