   SPOILER: OK,I got it now. It's the Saga Female Tusken Raider from the Episode 2 segment of the Saga 2002 line. What threw me off was the aforementioned lateral cut on the robe and what I assumed to be the left sleeve was actually the child-carrying pack. END
